Samuel Williams is WWRE’s sales consultant, alongside his sister Jacki Williams. He has been with WWRE since 2007 doing leasing.
Since graduating from school in 2007, Samuel started building his experience in site sales, industrial sales and leasing, as well as selling investments. He has also worked for 8 years at Colliers International in the industrial sales and leasing before moving to residential development site sales. Two years ago, he also moved back to his family’s business — WWRE. And as one of Warwick’s children, Samuel is proud to say that he was “born” into property and sales his whole life.
Additionally, Samuel’s passion for real estate is “in his blood.” What drives him is his love for helping people move onto the next chapter in their lives, whether it’s buying a new property or selling their old one. Samuel says that helping a young family buy their forever home gives him the same feeling of excitement as helping a family sell their 50-year old home, may it be for them to move to a new waterfront apartment or to move and travel for a new adventure. For him, he enjoys being a part of the community of these families and meeting new people every day.
At WWRE, he not only brings in his skills in multiple real estate sectors and passion for helping people. Samuel is also extremely easy-going, loves a bit of fun, full or energy and ready to provide a laugh. These qualities are what helps clients build their trust towards Samuel and strike a deal with WWRE. Samuel also believes that the transparency makes for easy transaction, repeat business and results to the happiness and satisfaction of buyers and sellers.
Every day, you will find Samuel striking up deals with clients or out of the WWRE office, accompanying buyers and sellers.
In his free time, Samuel enjoys sports such as rugby and basketball. He also enjoys the great outdoors going for boating, camping and fishing. Lastly, he takes comfort and relaxation going to the farm with his family consisting of his 4 siblings and 6 nephews.
