As we look back and celebrate our 45 years, we took a moment to sit down with founder, Warwick Williams to uncover what got him here, and where he sees the business heading into the future.
Warwick, the man who has achieved some of the most significant real estate deals over 50 years in Sydney’s inner west, is looking to the future.
In growing one of the best sales and property management teams in Sydney at his landmark eponymous Drummoyne agency, Warwick is recognising the contribution this team has made to the business over the past decade by elevating two key executives to directors’ roles.
“They are the next generation”, he proudly says. “I get a buzz out of seeing the team grow and feed off their energy, enthusiasm and capacities/abilities.”
Having established Warwick Williams Real Estate back in 1977, Warwick will continue to take an active role in the sales department as well as ramping up his role as a mentor – whilst keeping an eye on the bigger picture and focusing on the future.
Warwick adds “we are extremely proud of our experience and especially of our long-established relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and community. It’s a new energy but the values will always remain the same.”
2023 will be a pivotal year for Warwick with the new directors, David and Conor, spearheading the energy and growth of the company.

Meet Conor and Dave:
Conor Allen – Director & Head of Sales
Conor’s 8 years with WWRE epitomises leadership through his positive energy and genuine passion for real estate. Starting as a sales associate working with Warwick, he became lead agent, then head of sales and finally director of sales. He approaches every sale with a commitment to transparency and a drive for the very best results, not only for his clients, but every client serviced by his team. Recently, Conor won the Australasian Real Estate Results Awards (ARERA) Agent Achiever of the Year 2022.
David Frisina – Director & Head of Operations
David is Director & Head of Operations at WWRE and brings over 17 years of local knowledge and expertise to the team, and of course, to clients. His 10 years’ experience at WWRE spans sales, and property management. Dave makes sure the place runs properly and professionally. As one anonymous staff member was heard to say – “no Dave, no business!”
