About Morgan

A natural people person with long-standing connections to the Drummoyne area means Morgan Davies-Forsyth is one of Warwick William’s most well-regarded agents.  With a background in design, and a keen eye for aesthetic detail, Morgan is highly skilled in ensuring properties are perfectly presented for sale.

Growing up in Drummoyne, Morgan was lucky to spend time with his uncle, Craig Davies.  As a sales agent for Warwick Williams, Craig was incredibly passionate about real estate – a  passion that sparked an interest in Morgan.  While he started his career in design, Morgan remained keen to explore the industry his uncle loved so much.

Starting with Warwick Williams in 2016, Morgan spent time learning the profession.  While it’s not uncommon for new sales agents in real estate to be thrown in at the deep end, Morgan is grateful Warwick Williams’ agents are fully trained before engaging with complex property sales. “The Warwick Williams environment is about mentorship and the drive for on-going professional learning. I’ve learned so much from the senior members of the team. There’s a real commitment to making sure we have the right knowledge and experience to give considered advice that’s based on the client’s best interests.”

Empathy and emotional sensitivity are important personal qualities for every real estate  agent. Morgan knows that many property sales are the result of major life changes and that the emotional factors can play as big a role as the financial elements. “I’m conscious that properties are bought and sold for a myriad of reasons. Separation, growing families, investments and downsizing are all common reasons for making a big change. It can often be an emotional time and I make sure I’m sensitive about engaging with vendors and buyers in a way that reflects their situation.”

Nobody wants unwelcome surprises during the sales process, which is why Morgan values regular and relevant communication - from the first meeting to contract exchange and beyond. “Whether it’s a shift in the guide price, sudden market change or local sales trends I will pass on the relevant information that enables my client to make an informed decision, whenever they need to.”
