Morgan joined the WWRE property sales team in mid-2016 after working in the industrial and design field.
While Morgan worked in design, he’s always had an interest in real estate. He credits this to the influence of his uncle, Craig Davies, who has also been in the real estate industry for 40 years. Morgan assisted his uncle in his early real estate career and instantly fell in love with the industry and what it offered. The experience with his uncle then developed his passion in assisting clients start a new chapter in their life, whether it’s buying or selling. Morgan calls it “an addictive experience.”
Morgan’s keen eye for detail, approachable demeanor and desire to achieve the best possible result for his clients are what help him in keeping a long list of satisfied WWRE clients.
On a normal day at WWRE, you will find Morgan liasing with buyers and sellers and carrying out open homes.
Outside of WWRE, Morgan loves fitness and trains in the gym for 6 days a week like he has been for the last 12 years. He also has interest for the great outdoors and can often be seen at the beach, reading a book in the summer, out for walks or bike rides at The Bay Run or Narrabeen lagoon. He also holds family very close to him, which is the reason why he believes WWRE is one of the greatest places to be — it’s a family-oriented business.
