The eldest of Warwick’s five children, Jacki has been involved in all aspects of the business since the age of 14. After completing her Bachelor of Land Economics, she spent 5 years in investment banking with Macquarie Bank before the “call” came from Warwick that it was time to join the family business permanently. Having been part of the sales team now for 18 years, Jacki thoroughly enjoys living and working in Drummoyne. In fact, it could be said Jacki is never out of “Real Estate Mode” constantly running into clients past and present in all walks of life, at her Children’s schools, community events, shopping, eating and relaxing in one of our bayside parks.
Jacki’s experience in the property industry has just clocked 23 years and counting. There is no place Jacki would rather be than working and living within her hometown community. “It means so much to me to be able to be part of a successful and experienced small business in an area that my family and I have created such a great life for ourselves,” Jacki shares. Jacki learnt very quickly that being a local agent, living and working locally would hold her to a higher standard of accountability and this is something she continues to embrace. Repeatedly ranked as Drummoyne’s number one female agent, Jacki is really one of the most experienced agents in the area and comfortably forms part of the Real Estate landscape with her reputation for bringing success to her clients all the while ensuring that her engagement with clients is an enjoyable one that is built on trust, integrity and unrivalled local expertise.
Real Estate was always a popular topic around the Williams' table, and this helped foster a passion for all things property-related very early on for Jacki. Not only does Jacki enjoy the selling process but also gets excited helping clients in the preparation phase of designing their homes to ensure maximum value is always achieved. Nothing is too much trouble for Jacki, you will find her helping pick paint colours, flooring coverings, moving furniture and bringing in furniture to ensure her properties are perfectly presented for sale.
A lifelong resident of Drummoyne, Jacki brings a degree of local expertise that is equalled by her passion to support the local community that has supported her in business for over two decades. Jacki is well known for achieving excellent sales results whilst maintaining the highest of standards and ethics in working with her clients. Working alongside her brother Samuel, Jacki’s team is truly one that embodies business and family values.
Jacki’s success at WWRE isn’t also just contributed by her skills. It is also thanks to Jacki’s approachable and trustworthy qualities, which are the reasons why clients know, like and trust her.
On a normal day at WWRE, you will find Jackie doing all sorts of things — racing between open homes, taking all the back streets to avoid Lyons Road; picking out paint, carpet and flooring samples to refurbish client properties; working on photo/video shoots; talking with locals; shopping local; doing the bay; or doing the school run before heading to the office.
As a mother to two boys, Jacki can often be found cheering between open homes on a Saturday at soccer and rugby matches. Jacki and her husband James can often be seen enjoying “date night” at local establishments. It wouldn’t surprise us if you find Jacki doing a quick spot of shopping at Birkenhead Point (she loves the outlets!) or doing the groceries at Harris Farm.
