About Conor

A positive energy and genuine passion for real estate define Conor Allen’s sales team leadership. Conor approaches every sale with a commitment to transparency and a drive for the very best results, for not only his clients, but every client serviced by his team.

Joining Warwick William in 2014, with extensive experience in financial services, Conor was excited to work in an environment where his love of meeting people, enthusiasm and technical knowledge could flourish.  Conor quickly established himself as a natural talent whose sales success was never at the expense of the trusted connections he made with clients.

Taking on the Sales Manager role in 2019, Conor has consolidated his early gains to lead a team that lives and breathes the brand values Warwick Williams is renowned for: trust, honesty, exceptional local knowledge and stellar results. “From my earliest days working at Warwick Williams I knew it wasn’t going to be a cut-throat environment where every agent is pitched against each other. It’s incredibly heartening to build a career within a supportive, successful and close-knit team.”

In an industry where sales agents typically last no more than five years, Conor appreciates that Warwick Williams is an anomaly.  “Our sales team is well established, collectively we have over 60 years’ experience! That longevity and loyalty means we continue to thrive, even during the tougher parts of the property cycle. The long-term experience we bring to every property sale is invaluable.”
