Sam is a natural ‘people person’ with an outgoing personality and has a genuine care and love of people. He has been involved in the family business for the past 11 years – firstly working part time with the leasing department then spending 8 years in the commercial property sector with Colliers International.

In late 2018 Sam decided to return to the family business on a full-time basis as a part of our highly successful sales team. He has teamed up with his big sister Jacki and they have already proven to be a formidable duo both listing and selling numerous properties over the last 3 months in what has been a very tough market. No job is too hard for Sam

Following in his father’s footsteps, Sam has been extremely active within our community from his early days helping Warwick with the Red Shield Appeal and most recently joining the committee of Communities for Communities. Sam has just completed a trip to Fiji with father Warwick and nephew Harry and previously completed two other immersions with Warwick in Indonesia. The trips involved helping struggling communities build homes, provide education and generally support the community any way they can.


Sam has been a local his whole life and was captain of the local St Marks Primary School back in 2000. He has developed and maintained many relationships formed from his early schooling days and truly loves the area and its people with a passion. He is actively involved with the West Harbour Rugby Football Club and plays basketball locally to keep fit. Sam is the proud uncle to 6 nephews and relishes any chance he gets to be involved with them and their school communities.
